Visitors to the Williams Center last Wednesday were treated to an afternoon of Russian art, music, and food.

The reception for the exhibit “Windows to Heaven: Treasures from the Museum of Russian Icons,” featured a traditional Russian tea reception and performances of Russian sacral music by the Lafayette Chamber Singers and the Zingaresca Duo, which specializes in Russian Gypsy music.

The exhibit, which is curated by Ida Sinkević, professor of art, will run through March 26 in the Williams Center Gallery.
