Lafayette Health Services will provide flu immunization shots for students 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, at Bailey Health Center.
The $20 fee may be paid by cash, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or a check made out to VACCESSHealth.
Those less than 18 years old must bring an Informed Consent form (available at Health Services) signed by a parent prior to immunization.
