As director of administration at the DVC Group, a DVC Worldwide Company headquartered in Morristown, N.J., Elaine Fraim '87 is a direct support person for the CEO and the COO. She was promoted from executive administrative manager.
“We're acquiring companies outside the United States-becoming a truly global organization,” says Fraim, “and I'm assisting with that process, as well as the overall administration of the company.”
“I certainly didn't plan on doing this particular type of work when I was a student, but I was well prepared for it. The company was a good find,” says Fraim, who held a job in Lafayette's Public Information Office as an undergraduate. A psychology major who earned a graduate degree in bank lending from New York University, she came to the DVC Group from Nippon Credit Bank, LTD, where she was a credit analysis associate.

Fraim lives in New Providence, N.J., with her husband, Illya D'Addezio '87.
