An official meeting of the 2002 Student Government was held in the Farinon Center, Room 12 at 12:25pm. There were 14 members present.

I. President’s Report – Morgan Albus
A. MOTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES FROM FEBRUARY 7TH.

B. Welcome Elizabeth Koskinen, who is the new Elections Chair.
C. The Lafayette Leadership Conference was very successful. It consisted of three block sessions and each participant could choose which session to participate in.
D. The meeting next week will be on Thursday, February 21 at 7:30 p.m. The Provost will attend the meeting.
E. Passed out goals for the government that were discussed from our goal setting session.
F. Passed out the expectations for the government as a whole and for each representative’s position.
G. Meredith, Brad, and Lee will help revise the government’s website.
H. Planning to meet with the senior editor of the newspaper regarding space for articles featuring the government.
I. Each executive member is assigned a few representatives to meet with once a month to track progress and improvement within their positions.
J. Individual pictures will be taken after the meeting for the website.
K. The Prologue Dinner will be Saturday at 6:00 p.m. in the Bergethon Room in Marquis.
II. Vice President’s Report – Amy Giacobone
A. E-mailed all Faculty Chairs.
B. Sent out mass mailing to all Associate Reps informing them of their meeting on February 27th.
III. Secretary’s Report – Alex Karapetian
A. The key request form have been turned in to Plant Operations and will be ready soon.
IV. Treasurer’s Report – Elizabeth Harris
A. The Volleyball Club is here to present an emergency allocation.
