ALUMNI COLLEGE EXPERIENCE TO HAWAIIAN ISLANDS
December 28, 2002 – January 10, 2003 (tentative)
We are exploring the possibility of conducting an Alumni College course
in the Hawaiian Islands for 14 days, led by Profs. Germanoski and
Malinconico from geology and environmental geosciences. Visit active
volcanoes, snorkel on coral reefs, swim on black and white sand beaches,
and learn how the Hawaiian Islands evolve as they age. We need to gauge
alumni and parent interest. Without making a definite commitment, we
would like to hear from you if you are at all interested. Contact Prof.
Malinconico: malincol@lafayette.edu or (610) 330-5195, or John Leone in
Alumni Affairs: leonej@lafayette.edu or (610) 330-5044 or (800) LAFAYET.
