An official meeting of the 2002 Student Government was held Sept. 17 in the Farinon Center, Room 12 at 12:25 p.m. There were 13 members present.

I. President's Report – Morgan Albus

II. Secretary's Report – Alex Karapetian
A. All the keys for the government office are ready to be picked up.
B. Office Hours will begin next week.
III. Treasurer's Report – Liz Harris
A. HSL is here to present an emergency allocation.

IV. Student Organizations – Charlotte Smith
A. The Arts Society will be here on September 26 to present their constitution.
V. Student Life- Meredith Walburg
A. Met with Kate to brainstorm ideas for the semester. If anyone has any ideas, please feel free to contact us with them.
VI. Student Life – Kate Dickie
A. The drug speaker is scheduled to speak at Lafayette on Monday, October 7th.
VII. Farinon Food Services – Andrew Van Raalte
A. The Dining Committee will be formed soon.
B. Working on criteria for the Food Service employee of the month.
VIII. Elections – Liz Koskinen
A. Freshman Class Council and Senior Class Council elections will be held on the 19th and 20th of September.
B. Please sign up to help with the elections.
