-Bruce Ferretti was in today to show us the new outdoor lighting plans for the campus.
-Navy Blue polo shirts were created for Lafayette Student Government.
-Although the attendance for the forum on Iraq was not great, the discussion was good. Overall, the program was a success.

-Minutes from the Student Life Committee were sent to me.
Jon Cohn — Treasurer
-The $200.00 donated to Greek Week for the BBQ from Student Government is now going towards a bus downtown during Greek Week. The BBQ is no longer occurring.
-Allocated $650.00 to the Newman Society. This money did not get into the government last semester when allocated, but was reallocated by Student Government.

-Safe Rides is fully active. Business cards went out in the mail to all students with the phone number for Safe Rides and the times that the shuttles are running.
-Looking into buying a scrolling marquis for Farinon.
Andrew Kasman — Campus Student Services
-Working on the Student Government BBQ with Sarah.
-Planning a meeting with Dean of Resident Life.
Ryan Lawlis — Student Organizations
-The decision to approve a climbing club was tabled.
-The decision to approve a Free Trade Society was tabled.
-The Lafayette Cancer Society was approved and is now a new club at Lafayette.
Susan Anamier — Multicultural Affairs
-Met with the rest of the executive board of LINC.
-Brainstormed ideas for an open forum for this spring.
Josie Dykstra — Community Affairs
-Reminding that Student Government is meeting at 11:45 am, Saturday March 29th for Lafapalooza.
Colby Block — Public Relations
-A banner on students’ opinion on the war with Iraq is being created.
-Marquis Players Ad is being created.
Aly Dewji — Farinon Student Services
-Called John Pemella, manager of Marquis dining hall. I am meeting with him to discuss dates for lobster night.
-Discussed bringing in ice dispensers for all dorms. It should be free to use.
-Also looking into being able to use flex to pay for laundry, food, and drink machines in dorms.
