-Jimmy LaBuz has resigned. We will discuss when the election for the open seat will be held.
-Hoff Award Committee is being set up. Ryan Sakmar will sit on the committee.
-Next week is Greek Awards and Greek Week. All Student Government members are encouraged to attend the events.
-Superior Teaching Award and Pepper Prize awards are coming up later in April.
-The LINC meeting is later this week.
-Experience Lafayette is Sunday April 13th.
-Trustees are here on campus next week.
-Lafayette Teaching and Learning Committee wants Student Government’s opinion on an online course evaluation.

-I received the minutes from the Athletics and Computing Services Advisory Committee.
-The monthly faculty meeting was held this past Tuesday at 4:10 pm. Several Associate Reps attended.
-Student Government will be sending letters to American soldiers in Iraq.

-Attended the LINC meeting. The LINC members have been placed on committees for a fall retreat, a newsletter, and United Against Hate Week, which will take place in the fall.
Josie Dykstra – Community Affairs
-Brought up idea of making a forum discussion once a month.
-Proposed to put an ad in ASB book for Student Government.
Aly Dewji – Farinon Student Services
-Lobster Night is canceled because lobsters are in season and their cost in very high. It has been rescheduled for fall 2003.
-We are going to have a “turf night” in Marquis on April 10, 2003.
-I have a meeting scheduled with Joe Binotto for April 6th.
-Have started preliminary research about adding flex systems to the laundry and vending machines.
Amy Schwartz – Elections
-Sent flyers to the student body informing them of the Superior Teaching Award.
-Elections for the Superior Teaching Award will be April 14th and 15th.
-Pepper Prize elections will be April 28th, 29th, and 30th.
