Mathematics students can learn about summer opportunities and internships at an informal meeting 12:15-1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 23, in Pardee Hall room 216.
The event is sponsored by Math Club. Light refreshments will be served.
Rachel Moeller ’88, assistant director of Career Services, will join mathematics faculty to provide information and answer questions. Students are invited to drop by the session for any portion of the lunch hour that they have free.
All are welcome to attend. Opportunities are available for students at all levels, including first- and second-year students.
Moeller has more than 12 years of experience in higher education administration. Her work involves assisting students in all parts of the career development process as well as coordinating Lafayette’s alumni-sponsored externship and internship programs. She earned her bachelor’s degree in economics and business in 1988, a master’s in education from the University of Pennsylvania in 1991, and a post-master’s certificate in career development from John F. Kennedy University in 2002.
