-Attended the Faculty meeting.

-Completed the list of goals for the 2004 SG; copies were handed out to all SG Representatives.

-Attended the Leadership Conference on February 7; copies of “leadership traits” handouts were given to all SG Representatives.

-A subcommittee for the Black History Month Fashion Show requested an emergency allocation of $200 for costume costs.

-A committee was formed for choosing two student representatives for the selection committee for the new President of the college.

Motion to support the decisions made by the committee, which is comprised of 1 freshman, 1 sophomore, 1 junior, and Brad (the SG President).

-Attended the Faculty Meeting.

-Held a meeting with the Associate Representatives last Wednesday and is in the process of contacting all of the representatives to make sure they are set with their faculty committee meetings. Applications will be sent out this week to fill open positions.

-Receiving minutes from Associate Representatives.

-Allocated $200 to ABC.

Meredith Finch- Student Organizations
-An information session on how to spearhead a club will take place next Monday at 4:30 pm in the SG office. Flyers will be distributed via mail this week.

Kathleen Fox- Student Life
-Motion to hold a Spring Ball.

-Will begin organizing the school-wide ball.

-The FCC is fundraising for Valentine’s Day. They are also proposing a fund-raising 5K run; more information will follow. The SG will possibly help sponsor the event.

-Working with Kathleen on the Spring Ball.

Eric Imhof- Community Affairs
-There will be a volunteer opportunity in April at Lehigh.

-Working on getting a column in the newspaper.

Katie Donnelly- Greek Liaison
-Attended the Panhellenic Council Meeting: There will be no more informal recruitment to “keep equality,” and a Greek Week meeting will be held on Tuesday at 4pm.

Jillian Gaeta- Academic Affairs
-Proposed a community service project to promote cultural awareness and teach students about diversity and conflict resolution.

-Met with Mr. Fleck the study abroad head. He suggested the SG put together a forum to let students know about the study abroad programs.

Amaya Henry- Multicultural Affairs
-Attended the LINC meeting last Wednesday.

-Prologue Weekend is this coming weekend. There will be luncheons, a semiformal dinner, and other events which members of the SG are encouraged to attend.

Bryan Shive- Campus Student Services
-Fixing the Shuttle Bus schedule.

-Will meet with Pam Brewer.

-The faculty meeting was held on December 2nd.

-Received a new list of committees and Faculty Chairs.

-Received minutes from Associate Representatives.

Dan LaTerra- Greek Liaison
-The Festival of Lights contest winner was Kappa Delta Rho; Phi Gamma Delta and Kappa Kappa Gamma placed second. The judges were Pam Brewer, Annette Diorio, Sarah Hazel, and Ryan Sakmar.

-IFC/Panhellenic Council Academic Tea will be held on December 5th.

Sue Anamier- Multicultural Affairs
-Will be presenting one of the seven principles of Kwanzaa at the Kwanzaa Celebration which begins at 6 pm on December 4th.
