Brad Ship- President
-The Executive Representatives will meet with their corresponding Representatives.

-The SG Presidential Search Committee will be holding interviews with the student candidates this coming week.

-There will be a meeting concerning a sexual assault program this Wednesday in the SG office.

-There will be an AIDS Symposium meeting this Tuesday at 12:20 pm in the David Portlock Black Cultural Center.

-Delta Gamma and Zeta Psi will be holding a concert on Saturday, April 17th. The concert will feature a Dave Matthews Cover Band, “Satellite,” and will be open to the entire school (no charge for tickets, also a food drive/charity event). The groups proposed that SG cosponsors the event and requested an emergency allocation of $1000.

-The Equestrian Team requested an emergency allocation of $5385.00 to cover show, coaching, practice and training fees.

-Receiving minutes and keeping in contact with the Associate Representatives. Open positions will be filled shortly.

Andrew Kasman- Treasurer
-Allocated $500 to co-sponsor the “Satellite” Concert.

-Meeting with Amy Ahart on Friday to discuss the Spring Ball.

-FCC is continuing fundraising by selling t-shirts.

Meghan Hargrave- Student Life
-Meeting with Amy Ahart on Friday to discuss the Spring Ball.

Eric Imhof- Community Affairs
-There will be a food and personal care items drive on February 21st.

-Inquired which group, if any, will be opening for O.A.R., and suggested it should be publicized.

Katie Donnelly- Greek Liaison
-Safe Rides are up and running (every Thursday).

-Attended both IFC and Panhel meetings; Greek week planning has started.

Jillian Gaeta- Academic Affairs
-Met with Dean Hutchinson, Dean Clemence, and Dean Robbins and will contact them to come and meet with the Student Government.

Amaya Henry- Multicultural Affairs
-The Prologue Weekend was a success.

-The Black History Fashion Show will be held on Fri., February 20th at 6pm in Farinon. There will also be a Game Show at 8 pm on the 28th.

Bryan Shive- Campus Student Services
-Met with Pam to discuss the Shuttle Bus scheduling.
