Hill ’00 doubles first-year revenue at his new company

RMH Image Group, a printing industry consulting firm launched in 2002 by Brad Hill ’00, grossed $500,000 in its first year—and $1 million in its second. Hill began laying the groundwork for the company almost immediately after graduation. He spent the summer of 2000 working as a

licensed stockbroker, and then

the latter part of that year writing a business plan for RMH (www.rmhimagegroup.com), which he opened in January 2002.

“(RMH) provides printing solutions and guidance for customers throughout the entire printing process from design to delivery,” said Hill. “Our focus is large-format posters and banners, but we handle digital printing, offset printing, black and white and color duplication, small and large format finishing, and design.”

Currently studying for a master’s in business administration at VillanovaUniversity, Hill graduated from Lafayette with

a dual major in economics &

business and history. A member

of Chi Phi fraternity, he credits his experience on College Hill for preparing him to build and run a company.

“The faculty and student body provided guidance and support and proved vital in allowing my ambition and confidence as a leader to grow,” he said. “Within months of graduation, my career path as an owner and leader became clear.”
