“A talent agency isn’t something many people interested in communications and marketing might think of for a career,” says Missy Lebov Dweck ’93, a talent agent at Don Buchwald & Associates in New York City. Dweck says that’s precisely why she agreed to guide Jennifer Carty ’04 of Egg Harbor Township, N.J., in a January interim semester externship. “I wanted to offer this as an outlet for students. When they get a sampling of it, they often say, ‘Oh, that’s interesting!’”
