They offer everything from food to collectables

Many new businesses, offering everything from food to collectables, have opened their doors in downtown Easton since the academic year began.

The dining scene continued to grow and diversify with the addition of Christiana’s Gourmet Deli at 506 Northampton St.; Jaffy’s Soul Kitchen, 77 N. Fourth St.; Friendly River Restaurant and Bakery, 154 Northampton St.; and Mex Tex Trio, 42 S. Third St.

With books, paper products, and more, Laini’s Little Shop brings to three the number of businesses in the Eastonian, the high-end condominium building at 140 Northampton St. Barn Star Home, with home furnishings and women’s clothing, and Green Harvest Food Emporium are also in the building.

Eclectic Soul Boutique, at 124 N. Third St., offers women’s clothing. For shoes, it’s Fancy Shoes, 353 Northampton St.

Innovative Arts and T. J. Wesley Antiques share space at 11 N. Third St. Nanny’s Treasures gift shop has opened at 19 S. Second St., and Phantom of the Attic, with comic books and collectables, is at 129 N. Third St.

Finally, Exit Fast Track Realty is in business at 245-247 Northampton St.
