Donations are being accepted for annual cookbook sale
The Friends of the Easton Farmers’ Market is accepting donations of gently used cookbooks for its annual used cookbook sale. Donations may be dropped off at the market between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 27, or brought to the Easton Main Street Initiative office at 158-B Northampton St. between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday though Friday.
The cookbook sale will be held Oct. 4 in Centre Square as part of the Easton Garlic Fest. Proceeds from the sale will be used for musical performances and entertainment at the market.
As the nation’s oldest continuously operating open-air farmers’ market, the Easton Farmers’ Market offers information, ideas, recipes, and more from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Saturday, May through November.
