In honor of the College's founding on March 9, 1826, members of the Lafayette Student Alumni Council (LSAC) shared Dine 3/9 goody bags, which included a slice of cake and plenty of Lafayette swag, with the community on the Quad.
Sign reads: while our students celebrate Lafayette's founding with our Dine 3/9 event hosted by the Lafayette Student Alumni Council, our Alumni Association chapters across the country have their own Wine 3/9 events to celebrate. These events commemorate the signing of Lafayette's charter on the same day in 1826.
In addition to Dine 3/9, LSAC hosted a scavenger hunt where fellow Pards learned about the importance of philanthropy and the history of the College.
