Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff,
It is a pleasure to announce today the appointment of, and charge to, the Steering Committee for Becoming Lafayette, our first comprehensive strategic planning process in over a decade. On behalf of our College community, I thank the faculty, staff, and trustees who have answered this call to serve the College and engage in this vital process together.
As we make the transition from Phase One to Phase Two of the strategic planning process, there will continue to be opportunities to contribute your thoughts and perspectives on the College’s future, including through a survey to be released later this week and through working groups to be charged later this year.
