Lafayette College hosted its annual All-College Honors Convocation April 28 in Colton Chapel.
The event celebrates student academic and community achievement, where more than 100 endowed and department awards are presented to students by the president, provost, faculty, and other College community members.
The guest speaker was Dr. Marybeth Browne ’94, surgical director of the Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital, chief of the Division of Pediatric Surgical Services, and Professor of surgery at USF Morsani College of Medicine. Academically, Browne focuses on quality improvement and the adaptation of best practices in pediatric surgery diagnoses. Nationally, she is a member of American Academy of Pediatrics, American College of Surgeons, and American Pediatric Surgery Association.
