Lafayette invites faculty, staff, students, and neighbors to enjoy outdoor film series on campus this summer

August movie has been announced. Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire will be shown as the last movie in this year’s series.

Lafayette will kick off Movies on the Quad Tues., June 18, with a screening of Barbie.
The College’s annual free outdoor film screening is open to campus and community members, and will feature blockbuster hits on an outdoor screen set up on the Quad. The event starts at 7:30 p.m., with movies set to begin at 8 p.m.
The summer schedule will include:
- Barbie (PG-13) — Tues., June 18 (Rain date June 20) • MORE
- Kung Fu Panda 4 (PG) — Thurs., July 18) • MORE
- Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire — Tues., Aug. 13 (Rain date Aug. 14) • MORE
Bring a blanket or chair to sit on; Lafayette will provide popcorn and water. Guests are also welcome to bring movie-friendly snacks (but please note that alcohol is not permitted). Guests can park in any of Lafayette’s parking lots at no charge. MAP
