New Jersey's reputation for corruption is reinforced by Menendez, he tells WFMZ-Channel 69 News
Prof. John KIncaid was quoted in an Oct. 21 WFMZ-Channel 69 News report about why candidates continue to bring up former U.S. Sen. Bob Menendez of New Jersey in political ads.
Kincaid, the Robert B. and Helen S. Meyner Professor of Government and Public Service and director of the Meyner Center for the Study of State and Local Government, noted that New Jersey has a longstanding reputation for political corruption. Menendez, who resigned his seat in August following his conviction on bribery charges, “just reinforced it,” he said.
