USA Today quoted Susan Averett, Charles A. Dana Professor of Economics, and other academics in a Jan. 17 article about Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s recent comment about how corporations need to bring back ‘masculine energy.’

Among other points, Averett noted that “a shift toward a more traditionally masculine workplace culture risks marginalizing women’s voices.”
