Easton has a delicious lineup of restaurants to choose from during Commencement weekend. The hardest part is deciding where to go!
With help from Easton Main Street Initiative, here’s a list of local eateries throughout Easton offering that perfect celebratory dinner, or serving up a tasty brunch for you and your graduate. Make a reservation early to guarantee a spot and be mindful of reservation details. In order to accommodate all the visitors in Easton that weekend, some restaurants may charge a cancellation fee if you don’t show for your reservation.

Easton Wine Project, 1247 Simon Blvd., N103 The 1.75-mile Karl Stirner Arts Trail connects Downtown Easton to the Simon Silk Mill, and doubles as an outdoor art museum. The Silk Mill boasts several shops and cafés to try. Find shareable snacks and flatbreads, bowls, and sandwiches, plus wines named for Easton locales and traditions.
Kabinett, 125 Northampton St. Toast to your future at this wine bar and garden. The menu changes frequently but has been known to feature steak tartare, fried halloumi cheese, duck schnitzel, and more. Or stick around for a multicourse Sunday supper.
Jasmine Sushi Hibachi and Thai, 1855 Sullivan Trail Enjoy sushi, Thai noodle dishes, or enjoy a delicious hibachi meal.

Meli European Taverna, 322 Northampton St. Meli offers a menu of Greek classics and specialties. Find dolmades, crispy fest, cheese flambé, gyro platters, whole fish, deconstructed pastitsio, and grilled lamb chops.
Mesa Modern Mexican, 42 S. Third St. For starters, feast on guacamole made tableside and a bevy of botanas such as mango ceviche or chicken empanadas.
