The Lafayette community is proud to recognize the accomplishments of eight faculty members who have been promoted from associate professor to professor, effective the start of the fall semester.

“There are many high points for a Provost, but having the opportunity to celebrate the wonderful work of these eight faculty members is near the top,” says Provost Laura McGrane. “Respected across their fields globally and within the Lafayette community, each of these professors has had a lasting impact. From poets, designers and researchers to theorists, performers, and creators, this group embodies the rich range of teaching and scholarship that characterizes the excellence of Lafayette’s academic program.”
