Lafayette's Chief Investment Officer Krishna Memani discusses inflation, oil prices on CNBC's 'Squawk Box'
Lafayette College’s Chief Investment Officer Krishna Memani shared his insights with CNBC’s “Squawk Box.”
“I don’t think it is quite likely that we can say with a great deal of confidence that the Fed is not going to go above neutral,” said Memani. “Given where inflation is today, the likelihood that it goes down meaningfully anytime soon is pretty small, and therefore they’ll keep trying.”
Prior taking his position with the College in 2020, Memani served as vice chairman of investments at Invesco. Memani joined Invesco when the firm combined with OppenheimerFunds in 2019, where he was chief investment officer.
