Republicans will need to adjust their strategies in response to new Democratic nominee, Kincaid tells news outlet
Following President Biden’s announcement that he was withdrawing from the presidential race, Prof. John Kincaid was quoted in a July 21 report about other U.S. presidents who did not seek re-election.
Kincaid, the Robert B. and Helen S. Meyner Professor of Government and Public Service and director of the Meyner Center for the Study of State and Local Government, noted that, regardless of the new Democratic nominee, Republicans will need to adjust their strategies.
