-Committees for Spirit Week and the Pep Rally are making plans.
-ComeUnity week will be Nov. 17th-21st.
-Spirit Week will be Nov. 17th-21st. SG will be sponsoring a brown bag on Monday, Nov. 17th at 12 pm in the Marlo room. It is entitled “Got Friends? Working together to eliminate sexual assault.”
-The LC Club Baseball organization requested an emergency allocation of $1000 for NCBA league membership and equipment.

Dave Watts- Elections Chair
-Election forms for new SG candidates are being sent out on Monday. The applications, signatures, and essays will be due on Monday, Nov. 10th at 12 pm. There will also be an information session on Thursday, Nov. 6th at 7 pm for interested candidates.
-Elections for the new SG Representatives will be on Monday, Nov. 10th from 6-7 pm in Farinon, Tuesday, Nov. 11th from 12-1 pm in Marquis and 6-7 in Farinon, and Wednesday, Nov. 12th from 12-1 in Farinon.
-There will be a mandatory meeting for those elected on Thursday, Nov. 13th at 7:30 pm.
-Fliers will be going out to all classes on Nov. 6th.
Colby Block- Student Life
-Met with Lafayette vs. Lehigh committee.
-Met with Amy Ahart about Spirit Week. Spirit Week begins on Nov. 18th.
-Met with the SG Spirit Week committee.
-Met with weekly Spirit Week group led by Amy Ahart with representatives from RHC, LAF, SAAC, Rec Services, Sports Council, and SG.
-FCC set a weekly meeting time of 10:00 pm on Thursdays.
-Reserved spaces for Spirit Week through Marie Enea.
-Went to dinner with Dean Krivoski.
Dan LaTerra- Greek Liaison
-Met with RHC executives; they gave full support for the Holiday Light Contest (each living group will be allocated $20). The contest will possibly start the week before Thanksgiving, and judging will be the first week of December. Prizes will be announced at a later time.
-Safe Rides are running smoothly.
Ryan Sakmar- Academic Affairs
–Compiling a list of documents for next Academic Affairs liaison.
-Organizing a pie-eating contest for Spirit Week.
Sarah Hazel- Community Affairs
-Working on a poster contest for the Pep Rally.
-Bringing in a speaker for ComeUnity Week.
Sue Anamier- Multicultural Affairs
-Attended the LINC meeting today. ComeUnity weeks is Nov. 17-21st. Updates and a detailed list of scheduled events will be given at the next meeting.
-The French Fashion Show will be from 9-10:30 pm on Nov. 11th in the Farinon Snack Bar.
-On Nov. 13th at 7 pm there will be films shown in the Limburg Theater made by Zapatistas about their struggle against NAFTA.
Ryan Lawlis- Student Organizations
-Corresponded with the Pottery Club.
-Anime Club Constitution was submitted (approval pending changes).
