Psychology graduate Megan Drucker ’92 oversees 15 of Dartmouth College’s 34 varsity teams as a senior associate director of athletics. Before taking the position a few years ago, she was senior women’s administrator and associate athletic director at Tulane University in New Orleans.

She served as the Ivy League athletic administrative intern at Dartmouth 1995-96.

Drucker earned a master’s degree from the University of Iowa in 1993. While at Iowa, she worked as an assistant to the director of women’s athletics before spending the 1994-95 season as director of educational programs at the Institute for International Sports.

Drucker worked at New Mexico State as assistant compliance director 1996-98 before joining the Tulane staff in 1998. At Tulane, Drucker was a member of the athletic department senior management team with responsibility for department equity and diversity.

She also served as the tournament director of the 2004 NCAA Women’s Basketball Final Four, and has been actively involved in two NCAA recertification projects.
