Booz Allen Hamilton, a strategy and technology consulting firm, has elected Edward C. Landry ’87 partner in the firm. As part of the firm’s consumer practice, Landry specializes in business strategy development and sales and marketing effectiveness for consumer packaged goods and health care manufacturers.
An economics and business graduate, Landry earned an MBA in general management from the Kenan-Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, in 1992.
“Lafayette played an important role in furthering my interest in economics and business,” said Landry. “My classroom experiences with Dale Falcinelli [former visiting assistant professor] and Rosie Bukics [Jones Professor of Economics and Business] and my work with [trustee] Bill Simon ’52 on the fiscal policy trustee committee were all important parts of that.”
Landry joined Booz Allen in 1996 and has participated in client projects throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. From 1998–2000, he was based in the firm’s Singapore office.
Before joining Booz Allen, Landry spent four years with RJR Nabisco, serving in marketing, strategic planning, and international business development roles, ending as senior manager of worldwide strategic planning and business development. His career began at Procter & Gamble in 1987.
