Pierce had previously worked for Turner in 1981 as a project manager. In 1990, he joined Hines Interests and, most recently, was executive director of international real estate and
facilities projects for Morgan Stanley & Co., where he managed 100 workers worldwide. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and a trustee of the New York chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
According to Pierce, he has found a Lafayette background to be an asset throughout his career.
“LafayetteCollege has brand recognition in the professional marketplace,” he said. “LafayetteCollege is located at the top of my corporate bio.”
