Lafayette students interested in careers in the sciences or medicine can meet and speak with alumni working in these fields at a special panel discussion at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, in Room 103 of Hugel Science Center.

The event is sponsored by Lafayette Career Services.

The panelists will be Michael R. Haas ’74, DVM, a veterinarian at the AHV Veterinary Group, Bangor, Pa.; Joseph L. Herndon ’95, a pharmaceutical representative for SmithKline Beecham; Douglas A. Young ’86, M.D., an ophthalmologist at Pocono Eye Associates, East Stroudsburg, Pa.; and Lisa M. Wasiowich, a 2000 honors graduate in geology who is a scientist with Enviroplan Consulting, Fairfield, N.J.
