The following areas within the Hugel Science Center were named in appreciation of the generous support of alumni and friends:

Ayre Lobby and Gallery (Richard Hutton Ayre '23), Bown Research Laboratory (John A. Bown '64), Crane Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Laboratory (the estate of A. Ross Crane '13), Dimmick Laboratory (Paul H. Dimmick '71, in memory of his father, Byron O. Dimmick '33), and Gagnon Lecture Hall (Neil and Lois Gagnon, parents of Amy Gagnon Stauffer '96).

Also, Gates Laser Laboratory (Leslie Freeman Gates 1897), Gayley Laboratory (James Gayley 1876), Golden Seminar Room (Rosalie Golden and family, in memory of Maxwell S. Golden '39), and Harsen Classroom (Frederick W. Harsen '31). Jaqua Auditorium (The Jaqua Foundation, in honor of George R.
