As new vice president of Keystone Property Trust, Mark Petrella '92 is responsible for coordinating the leasing and marketing of the company's existing big-box distribution center portfolio and development pipeline in central and northern New Jersey, which together total approximately 8 million square feet. He will also be involved in more than $175 million of planned acquisitions in New Jersey, where Keystone Property Trust is the largest public landlord of industrial space.
The company, in West Conshohocken, Pa., is a real estate investment trust with 129 industrial and office properties in the Eastern United States, including more than 19 million square feet of big-box distribution center assets.
An economics and business graduate, Petrella has held a variety of marketing positions, most recently with CB Richard Ellis. In his real estate career he has completed more than 5.9 million square feet of transactions with a total consideration of more than $180 million.
