An eighth-grade social studies teacher at Phillipsburg (N.J.) Middle School, Michael Hinkle '73 was recognized in May for his 23 years of service and accomplishments. A member of the WOW team, he was instrumental in creating the Designing Quality Work seminar.
An anthropology and sociology graduate, Hinkle received a master's from East Stroudsburg University and is completing his Ph.D. at Rutgers University. He is president of the Phillipsburg Exchange Club.
