Lafayette Campus News (www.lafayette.edu), October 24, 2001 – At least 16 student organizations and living groups will join several administrative departments in educating the campus through Lafayette’s annual Wellness Day 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. today in the Farinon Center Atrium.

Highlighting seven dimensions of wellness, the event promotes the understanding that wellness goes beyond eating and exercising, according to Cindy Adams, health promotion coordinator, who is serving as event co-chair along with Chris Fairchild, assistant director of recreational services.

The following is the roster of groups and presentations planned for Wellness Day:

Creating a Healthy, Interesting and Livable Lafayette — “Melts in Your Hands” (massage therapy)
Questioning Established Sexual Taboos — “Whatever Makes You Happy”
