Brad Lowery, a four-time nominee for Comedian of the Year, will perform 8 p.m. tonight at the Farinon Center snackbar.

The free event is sponsored by Lafayette Activities Forum.

Averaging over 200 college performances per year, Lowery has appeared on A&E’s “Caroline Comedy Hour” and “Star Search,” as well as NBC’s “Showtime at the Apollo” on two occasions. He has opened for Adam Sandler, Chris Rock, and Tommy Davidson. This year, he has done audience warm up for “The Queen Latifah Show” on Fox Television and appeared on that network’s “Comedy Flava” in November. A resident of New York, Lowery also has a black belt in karate.
