Nine Lafayette students are presenting original work at the Eighth Annual Undergraduate Women’s Studies Conference Saturday at DeSales University, Center Valley, Pa.
Focusing this year on the theme “Our Brave New World: Currents in Women’s Studies,” the conference is sponsored by the Women’s Studies Coalition of the Lehigh Valley Association of Independent Colleges. Contributions may include papers, presentations, performances, videos, artwork, or original literature.
Lafayette’s Debbie Byrd, associate professor of English, and Liz McMahon, professor of mathematics, are among the LVAIC Women’s Studies Coalition representatives.
