MindArrow Systems, Inc., a leading direct digital communications software and
services provider, has elected media industry veteran Bruce Maggin ’65 to its board of directors. Maggin is founder and principal of the H.A.M. Media Group, an international investment and advisory firm.

Prior to forming H.A.M., Maggin headed Capital Cities/ABC’s MultiMedia Group, where he developed a wide variety of new media businesses including ventures that created software, Internet services, and interactive content. He previously managed the company’s start-up and venture business activities such as electronic data delivery technologies, interactive broadcast services, pay-per-view, and place-based media.

A government and law graduate, Maggin received J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Cornell University and is also a director for Phillips Van-Heusen Corp.

Headquartered in Aliso Viejo, Calif., MindArrow Systems provides software and services that help companies reduce costs, improve response rates, and shorten sales cycles by automating and enhancing their sales and marketing communications.
