A specialist in criminal defense and general civil litigation, Brian W. Perry '91 has been named partner in the law firm of Nealon & Gover, P.C., with offices in Harrisburg and York, Pa. He joined the firm in 1997 as its first associate, six months after it was established. The firm has since grown to include seven lawyers.

A former deputy district attorney for Dauphin County, Pa., Perry is a member of Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and is admitted to practice in Federal Court for the Middle District as well as all state courts in Pennsylvania.

A history graduate, Perry earned his J.D. degree from New England School of Law. “I loved taking classes with Bryan Washington in the English Department, and Don Miller, Andrew Fix, and my adviser, Jacob “Ernie” Cooke, in history. They were fabulous teachers,” he says.

Perry, a former president of the central Pennsylvania chapter of the Alumni Association, stays involved by attending Lafayette events on campus and in the Harrisburg area. He is married to former teacher Debbie Ball Perry '90.
