Lafayette Activities Forum has scheduled a variety of free campus entertainment at Farinon College Center this weekend, with screenings of ''The Royal Tenenbaums,'' comedian Billy Burr, and rock band Fade 2 Shade.

Burr will bring his stand-up act to the snackbar 10 p.m. tonight. He has starred in the ABC sitcoms ''Townies'' and ''Two Guys, a Girl, and a Pizza Place.'' He also has appeared on Late Night with Conan O'Brien, NBC's Comedy Showcase, and MTV's Apt 2F.

Fade 2 Shade will perform 9 p.m. tomorrow in the atrium. The band released its debut LP, Time Will Tell, on Angel Beach Records in September 2000. During a 28-date college tour in conjunction with the 2000 MTV Choose or Lose Midwest Tour, the band shared the stage with Capitol recording artist The Push Stars. It was selected to perform at the 2001 National Association of Campus Activities National Showcase in Nashville, Tenn., and played a more than four-month, 25-state, national tour with over 100 bookings to start 2001, including shows with Warner Brothers recording artist Sixpence None the Richer and hip-hop/rap legends Naughty by Nature.

Limburg Theater will host screenings of The Royal Tenenbaums 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. today and tomorrow, and 10 p.m. Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Tickets cost $2.
