Kirby Government and Law Society invites the campus community to attend its Election Night Party 7-10 p.m. this evening in the Kirby Hall of Civil Rights auditorium.

The group promises “lots of free food and good commentary” as election night returns are watched. Participants will include College Democrats, College Republicans, and Alexandra Cooper, assistant professor of government and law.

Several government and law majors have been involved in political campaigns. John Stephenson ’05 has served as area coordinator for gubernatorial candidate Mike Fisher and incumbent Congressman Pat Toomey, both Republicans.Ryann Dubiel ’04, Christiane Conn ’03, and Nuri Noaz ’03 served internships in the campaign of Toomey’s opponent, Ed O’Brien.
