The ability to accurately sling frozen turkeys toward bowling pins across the gym floor helped “Process” lengthen its lead in the men’s Greek division of the intramural standings while enabling Alpha Phi to jump from third to first among sororities.

With fall semester competition concluded, Process has earned 331 points, followed by FIJI with 254 and Zeta Psi with 246. Alpha Phi sits in first with 309 points, trailed by AGD with 287 and Delta Gamma with 222. Keefe Hall has maintained its monopoly on first place in the residence hall division, enjoying a 91-point advantage over PT Farinon in the men’s category and a 15-point edge over Watson Hall in the women’s standings. (Complete standings are listed at the end of this article.)

After eight rounds of competition, Brian Root of Process scored 109 points to win turkey bowling, held Nov. 21 in Kamine Gymnasium of Kirby Sports Center. He was followed by Luke Landherr and Hart Feuer of Keefe Hall, who finished second and third, respectively. In the women’s event, Leonora Paniccia of Alpha Gamma Delta prevailed with 43 points in four rounds, followed by Jillian Dodge of Kappa Kappa Gamma in second and AGD sister Amanda Ohs in third. Forty students participated in the event, which saw the inevitable thawing and breaking open of poultry in the latter stages of competition

In the double-elimination darts tournament, held Oct. 29 and 31 on the third floor of Kirby Sports Center, champion Shana Merrill and runner-up Jessie Abel earned all the women’s event points for Tri-Delta. Robbie Andrews secured first place for Delta Upsilon and Gregory DeVito of Keefe Hall took second. The winners were the first to score exactly 101 points and finish on a double.
