-Jadrien Ellison was in today representing the Hispanic Society of Lafayette/Office of Intercultural Development, requesting $500 for funding.
-Erich Struble of the LAF Review was in today requesting approval of club.
-Matt Verbyla was in today representing Engineers Without Borders, requesting $1400 for a conference in Colorado.
-The Block Party will be on Sept. 27; we will have a Student Government table. There will be more information to follow.
-SG Reps will sit on LAF concert committee.
-Wellness Day was discussed.
-Shuttle buses are now up and running. Andrew Kasman is working on notifying the students.
-Safe Rides was discussed.
-Sexual Assault Program was discussed.
-Hugh Harris will be in next week to speak about the parking issue.
-The Student Government wall outside the office will be updated by Colby Block.
-BBQ will be on Friday, Sept. 19 from 4 to 7pm. Committee was made to figure out DJ, business cards and flyers for publicity, and other details.
-Elections for SCC and open SG positions will be held in 2 weeks.
-Members must see Kelly Deemer for SG Office keys.
-Office Hours will start after next week.
