-Open positions are now Public Relations, Campus Student Services, and Elections Chair.
-Jadrien Ellison was in today representing the Hispanic Society of Lafayette/Office of Intercultural Development, requesting $500 for funding.
-Erich Struble of the LAF Review was in today requesting approval of club.
-Matt Verbyla was in today representing Engineers Without Borders, requesting $1400 for a conference in Colorado.
-The Block Party will be on Sept. 27; we will have a Student Government table. There will be more information to follow.
-SG Reps will sit on LAF concert committee.
-Wellness Day was discussed.
-Shuttle buses are now up and running. Andrew Kasman is working on notifying the students.
-Safe Rides was discussed.
-Sexual Assault Program was discussed.
-Hugh Harris will be in next week to speak about the parking issue.
-The Student Government wall outside the office will be updated by Colby Block.
-BBQ will be on Friday, Sept. 19 from 4 to 7pm. Committee was made to figure out DJ, business cards and flyers for publicity, and other details.
-Elections for SCC and open SG positions will be held in 2 weeks.
-Members must see Kelly Deemer for SG Office keys.
-Office Hours will start after next week.

-Allocated $500 to the Hispanic Society of Lafayette for speaker.

-LAF Review will return next week with the new constitution to be approved.

Andrew Kasman- Student Life/Campus Student Services
-Will meet with Amy Ahart to discuss Block Party; reporting back next week.
-Working on letter to send out to students about shuttle bus.
-On committee for BBQ; checking out DJ.

Colby Block- Student Life
-Will meet with Amy Ahart to discuss Block Party; reporting back next week.
-Updating SG wall outside.

Dan LaTerra- Greek Liaison
-Planning to sit on LAF concert committee.
-Business cards for Safe Rides are being sent out.

Sarah Hazel- Community Affairs
-Helping out with BBQ.
-Helping with Wellness Day.
