-Representatives from the Arts Society came in today to ask if SG would like to co-sponsor the Block Party (not asking for an emergency allocation). They asked for $200-$500.

-Erich Struble of LAF Review requested an emergency allocation for publications. He is returning after he speaks with President Rothkopf.

-There will be a dinner with the Trustees on Thursday, October 23rd from 6-8 pm.

-Office hours will start up next Monday. Sign-up sheet was passed around.

-Keys for the SG office will be made available soon.

-Allocated $100 to the Arts Society.

Amy Schwartz- Elections Chair/Secretary

FCC Elections will be held within the next two weeks.

Andrew Kasman- Student Life/Campus Student Services

-Putting together the SG table that will be at the Block Party. There will be spin art at the table.

-The Shuttle Bus is up and running.

Dan LaTerra- Greek Liaison

-There will be a Faculty/Fraternity BBQ possibly in October.

-Helping out with Wellness Day committee; working on getting the litmus paper for “rufies.”

-Safe Rides is up and running for Wednesday and Thursday nights.

Aly Dewji- Farinon Student Services

-Thursday was yet another successful chicken fritter day at the Farinon snack bar.

Sarah Hazel- Community Affairs

-Met with the blood drive committee; we are trying to meet the goal of 100 donors. SG is going to be assisting with the blood drive with set up, clean up or publicity.

-Met with Sue, Dan and Lee about having a booth at Wellness Day promoting awareness about sexual assault.

Sue Anamier- Multicultural Affairs

-Trying to meet with Jadrien Ellison to be updated on LINC events.

-Working with Wellness Day committee to set up sexual assault program.

Colby Block- Public Relations/Student Life

-BBQ was cancelled.

-Talked to Amy Ahart about Block Party.

-Planning spin art project.

-Will e-mail representatives about working the table (9/27/03)
