-Wrote a letter to the newspaper concerning library hours.

-The Associate Representative opening has been filled by Walter Maikish.
-Attended the Faculty Meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 30th.
-E-mailed the Assoc. Reps to confirm their positions and to see how they are faring.
-Will be holding informational meetings Wednesday, Oct. 8th 6:30-7:30 pm and Thursday, Oct. 9th 5:00-6:00 pm for the Assoc. Reps.

-Met with Dave and Lee concerning the upcoming Freshman Class Council elections.
Dave Watts- Elections Chair
-FCC election forms go out next Wednesday, Oct. 8th; they are due the following Monday, Oct. 13th at 5:00 pm.
-Informational meeting for FCC candidates who are interested will be on Thursday, Oct. 9th at 6:30 pm.
-FCC elections will be on Oct. 16th and 17th.
Andrew Kasman- Student Life
-The Block Party went well.
-Setting up a meeting with Pam Brewer about the Pep Rally.
Dan LaTerra- Greek Liaison
-The Greek Life BBQ for Oct. 8 is cancelled.
-October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month; Panhel is planning several activities.
-There will be an AIDS walk in Philadelphia on Oct. 19.
-There is a possibility of mixed houses during Sorority Greek week this year.
-Working on possible Holiday Light competition.
-Safe Rides is up and running for Wednesday and Thursday nights.
Sarah Hazel- Community Affairs
-Went to Wellness Day final planning meeting. The date rape test strips have come in, the committee will meet after fall break to plan the specific activity.
Sue Anamier- Multicultural Affairs
-Looking forward to “Principles of Santeria” at the David A. Portlock Black Cultural Center (Oct. 2 at 12:15).
-Meeting with the Kwanzaa 2003 Committee on Oct. 3rd.
Colby Block- Student Life
-The Block Party ran very well.
-Will meet with Lee and Pam Brewer about Pep Rally.
