-Motion to reschedule SG representative elections for Thursday, Nov. 13th and Friday, Nov. 14th due to complications. All previous votes will be disregarded.

-Motion to reschedule the President/Vice Presidential elections for Dec. 2nd and 3rd.

-The Lafayette Smoke Free Coalition requested approval of organization.

-LEAP requested an emergency allocation of $1000 to cover costs of rental vehicles.

-Biology Club requested an emergency allocation of $710 to cover costs for brown bags.

-Working with Spirit Week Committee.

-The SG representative elections are rescheduled for Thursday, Nov. 13th and Friday, Nov. 14th due to complications. All previous votes will be disregarded.

Colby Block- Student Life
-Planning for Spirit Week events is going well. Spirit Week begins Nov. 18th.

-Met with Amy Ahart to plan set-up of events.

-FCC dance is planned for Nov. 14th.

Andrew Kasman- Student Life
-Working on plans for the Pep Rally.

-Helping with FCC dance.

Dan LaTerra- Greek Liaison
-The Holiday Light Contest will start next week. The IFC, President Council, and RHC were notified. A sign will be made for publicity.

-Attended the IFC meeting. The Academic Tea will be on Dec. 4th, from 4-6 pm.

Sarah Hazel- Community Affairs
-The SG is sponsoring a brown bag for ComeUnity Week on Monday, Nov. 17th from 12-1 in the Marlo room about working together to eliminate sexual assault. Steve McAllister, the sexual assault prevention coordinator at Lehigh University, will be on the panel, as well as two students from Played Out.

Sue Anamier- Multicultural Affairs
-Attended a meeting for Kwanzaa last Thursday. The event will be on Dec. 4th at 8 pm in the Bergathon Room.

-ComeUnity week is Nov. 17-21st. SG representatives are encouraged to attend as many events as possible.

-Attended the French Fashion Show on Nov. 11th; it was successful.

-On Nov. 13th at 7 pm there will be films shown in the Limburg Theater made by Zapatistas about their struggle against NAFTA.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:00pm.
