-The executive officers will help advise the other representatives:

-Attended the first Trustee meeting of the semester.

-President Rothkopf has announced his retirement from Lafayette College.

-Formed a committee concentrating on the issue of sexual assault.

-There will be an AIDS Symposium committee meeting on Tues. February 3rd at 12:15 in the Black Cultural Center.

-There will be a LINC meeting on Wed. February 4th at 12 pm in the Marlo Room.

-The Lafayette Martial Arts Society requested approval of organization.

-The Lafayette African and Caribbean Student Association inquired about a possible emergency allocation. They will return next meeting with more details.

-Motion to purchase a half page advertisement ($50) in the Marquis Players Playbill (April 2-4).

-In the process of touching base with the Associate Representatives, holding a short meeting on Wednesday.

-Will be sending out applications to the student body for the open Associate Representative positions.

-Will attend the faculty meeting on Tuesday at 4 pm.

Amy Schwartz- Secretary
-Organized office hours for the month of February.

Meredith Finch- Student Organizations
-Motion to pass the constitution of the Lafayette Martial Arts Society contingent on the suggested changes.

-Requested list of all club presidents for future use.

-Currently working on organizing a spring activities fair.

-Will be holding an open meeting for all students to provide information on how to spearhead a club.

Kathleen Fox- Student Life
-Working with Meghan on organizing ideas for spring events.

– Attended Freshmen Class Council meeting. The group is on track and currently working on a Valentine’s Day fundraiser.

Meghan Hargrave- Student Life
-Working with Kathleen on organizing ideas for spring events.

-Meeting with Amy Ahart to talk about possible spring events.

Eric Imhof- Community Affairs
-Hoping to establish a permanent section in the Lafayette newspaper.

-Organizing a “Serving outside the bubble” campaign at the Landis Community Outreach Center in conjunction with the SG.

Bruno Defelippe- Elections Chair
-Meeting with Pam to get an update on responsibilities for the Pepper Prize and Superior Teaching Award elections.

-Will research to see which types of voting machines are available and how much they would cost.

Katie Donnelly- Greek Liaison
-Will attend Panhel and IFC meetings and keep the SG up-to-date.

Jillian Gaeta- Academic Affairs
-E-mailed the Dean of Studies and the Provost to set up meetings.

Amaya Henry- Multicultural Affairs
-Will attend the LINC meeting on Wednesday.

Bryan Shive- Campus Student Services
-The Shuttle Bus service is up and running. The numbers of passengers will be reported shortly.

Veronica LaMura- Public Relations
-Working on a possible bulletin/flyer.
