Five alumni are returning to campus today for a dinner panel on environmental careers held by Career Services 6 p.m. in the Faculty Dining Room of Marquis Hall.

Those who did not register but are interested in learning about the issues and insights to be raised at the forum should contact Career Services, 201 Hogg Hall, x5115.

The alumni will talk about their experiences in environmental careers and network with students.

The alumni, years at current job, and advanced degrees (when applicable):

  • Sean M. Damon ’97, four years, assistant project manager, Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, Inc., Doylestown, Pa., master’s in environmental pollution control, Pennsylvania State University;
  • Stuart I. Gansell ’71, seven years, director, Bureau of Watershed Management, Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Harrisburg, Pa., course work toward master’s in public administration, Pennsylvania State University-Harrisburg;
  • Joseph M. Heavey ’85, nine years, president, Walden Associates Inc. (environmental consultants), Oyster Bay, N.J.;
  • Danielle Ordic ’00, two-three years, staff engineer, Groundwater & Environmental Services, Neptune, N.J.;
  • Dana Pierce Stanford ’93, ten years, senior facilities engineer, Merck & Co., Inc., West Point, Pa., master’s in civil engineering, Villanova University.
