-The Club Ice Hockey team requested an emergency allocation of $440 for bus funding.

-A student introduced the possibility of the formation of two new clubs; he will return next meeting with constitutions for each.

-LEAP proposed the goal of having the college purchase wind energy.

-Introduction of new and old SG representatives.

-Allocated $440 to the Club Ice Hockey team, contingent on having the first bus depart at 6pm and the second depart at 6:30pm.

-Discussed the issue of paying a student DJ that will be working during the Pep Rally.

Meredith Finch- Student Organizations
-Received signatures and information on a faculty advisor from the newly forming club, FAAP; approval of the constitution will be discussed next week.

Stephen Bruestle- Elections Chair
-Student Government Representative elections were held.

-Proposed the possibility of having a Presidential debate; decided on giving individual information from each candidate to the Lafayette newspaper.

Kathleen Fox- Student Life
-Spirit Week is running smoothly; the mechanical bull was a success and the photo buttons are scheduled for Wednesday.

Meghan Hargrave- Student Life
-The Lafayette Dancers and Lafayette Cheerleaders will be performing at the Pep Rally.

-The Pep Rally is on Friday at 5:45; food will be served at 5:15.

Eric Imhof- Community Affairs
-Organized a volunteering project for the SG the week of November 29th.

-The pep rally t-shirts have been received.

-There will be a dinner and discussion on the “Red-State, Blue-State Divide” on November 30th at 6pm in Keefe Commons.

Jillian Gaeta- Academic Affairs
-Set up a meeting with the head of the foreign language department to speak about Italian classes.

-Met with the Academic Progress Committee.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:40 pm.
