-Tsunami Relief Fund is having a bake sale.

-Student Government will be buying ad space in the paper.

-Went to LVAIC meeting with Amy Ahart.

Amy Schwartz – Vice President
-Met with Dean Worthen for the replacement of an Associate Representative for the Student Conduct Committee.

-Attended LVAIC meeting with Andrew.

Meghan Hargrave- Treasurer
-Met with “What Do Students Want” committee: plan to create survey to put in bookstore, suggestion box.

-Working on T-Shirts, loved Ryan’s awesome idea.

Amaya Henry – Farinon Student Services
-Meeting with Joe Binotto this Friday.

-Proposed a Student Government sponsored concert April 16th.

Sarah Rogers – Community Affairs
-Met with Char Gray, director of Landis Community Outreach Center.

-Meeting with Char Gray on Friday, Feb 11th re: our help with Tsunami Relief ideas.

Julie SauerStudent Organizations
-Met with Gymnastics Club who were approved last year but had to fix their constitution. They are filling out a budget request form and will be back next week.

Kara Boodakian – Academic Affairs
-Town meeting with Trustees – incentive: compass points for sororities and fraternities; extra credit or participation points from professors?

-Dinner or informal meeting with Trustees this semester — send them our goal sheet ahead of time.

-Faculty Teas – open to executive board of all clubs and organizations; open to all faculty.

Mark Ranta – Campus Student Services
-Planning a big trip down to the circle on Friday to visit Transbridge and get information on student discount service to NYC.

Amanda Niederauer – Public Relations
-Met with paper editors re: ad space/discount (80%) for Student Government.

Lindsay DeHartchuck and Bryan Shive – Student Life
-Spoke to Amy Ahart about Spring Ball tentatively the weekend after spring break; need to plan budget to proceed.

-FCC selling carnations ($1/each) on February 14th – proceeds go to Tsunami Relief.
